The flowers are redish-purple with darker spots. A rare and vivid colour. It features 2-3 inch long, pendulous flowers on long spikes in late Spring and Summer.
This is a mix of Diploid Hemerocallis hybrids. Those Daylilies can yield large to small sized flowers, of red, pink, cream, yellow, orange, fragrant or not, trumpet-shaped or spider.
As long as their moisture requirements are met, they will bloom in a wide range of conditions. They are tough, reliable plants and generally free of pests and diseases.
