Ariocarpus furfuraceus is a cactus of the genus Ariocarpus, which can be found in the state of Coahuila in northern Mexico. It is considered by some authors as synonymous with Ariocarpus retusus.

Spherical cactus native to the coastal mountains of Northern Chile. Has 2.5 cm long yellow flowers that bloom in Spring and Summer. The flowers are supposedly to be sweet scented.
In summer, Armatocereus Godingianus blooms at night with beautiful white flowers. Its 6-13 long fruits are green and oblong covered with yellow spines and its seeds are large and black.
